i just wanted to noe what large breed is nicer to smaller dogs, puppies, and chilren!? A golden retriever or a bloodhound!?

It is middle-sized, and has bloodshot eyes and thin, flappy ears like a bloodhound. It’s definitely a hound. It’s body shape is like a dachshund or a corgi, (low legs). It is short-haired.
Is it a good breed? Like, does it have a good temperament?
